School: Warwick
Year: Senior
Position: Midfielder
First-team credentials: Baldwin had 47 goals and 25 assists for 72 points this season. He had a career 78 goals and 60 assists for 138 points. He hit the game-winning goal in overtime last year against Valley Central that led Warwick to its first Class A championship. He will try to walk on at University of Delaware next year.
The highlight: "Being able to play the sport I love with most of my friends," Baldwin said.
Byron Quinn
School: Warwick
Year: Senior
Position: Attackman
First-team credentials: Quinn led the section in scoring with 108 points on 63 goals and 46 assists. He had 179 goals and 114 assists for 292 points in his career. Quinn holds the school record for goals in a season (108) and career goals (292). He is tied for 99th all time in New York State for career points and is 76th all time in NYS for goals scored. Quinn will play at Division III Gordon (Mass.) College next year.
The highlight: "Going 5-0 against Minisink the past two years because they beat us the five times before that," Quinn said. "And winning the section and setting the school records."
Second team
Jon Roerdan, senior attackman, Warwick: Had 28 goals and 18 assists.
James Kolesar, senior attackman, Warwick: Had 36 goals and 16 assists this season and was the Wildcats' second leading attackman. He had two goals against Minisink Valley in the Class A championship and scored two against Lakeland Panas in states.
Nick Esch, senior defender, Warwick: One of the top defenders in the section and a key part of Warwick's defense.
Branden Fernandez, senior midfielder, Warwick: He was the top faceoff guy in the section and he won more than 75 percent of his faceoffs and finished with more than 119 ground balls.
